In connection with The Unconformity, a group of five artists from MADE undertook a creative development residency in April 2025 in Queenstown. The week’s activities included workshop facilitation on the West Coast, site-responsive activities and in-studio sessions in The Unconformity’s fabulous hall in the heart of Queenstown. MADE loved meeting the community and working with The Unconformity team.

MADE is dreaming up new work with North-West choreographer Rebecca Cannon. It was a very fruitful week that culminated in a photoshoot at Queenstown’s iconic footy oval where the MADE artists played at being ‘Out, Standing In the Field’.
